Return & Refund Policy

At Strumens, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’ve received a defective or incorrect product, or are otherwise unhappy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Wrong or Damaged Product Received

We’re very sorry if you received the wrong item or a damaged product.

  • Contact us at info@strumens.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • We will arrange a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

2. Returns Due to Personal Reasons

If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g. changed mind, not as expected, etc.):

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with the original packaging.

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and with the original packaging.

  • Email us at info@strumens.com to request an exchange and receive the return instructions.

4. How to Return a Product

To return an item, email us at info@strumens.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for Return:

    • a) Didn’t suit me

    • b) Wrong/Defective Product (attach photos)

    • c) Not what I expected

    • d) Other reasons

Our support team will assist you with the next steps.

5. Return Tracking

Once your return is shipped:

  • Please send us the tracking number to help us track the return.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund, excluding shipping charges (if applicable).

6. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after the return is received and approved.

  • It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

7. Missing Original Packaging

We can only accept returns of items that are in resalable condition and include the original packaging. Unfortunately, items returned without their original packaging cannot be refunded or exchanged.
